Privacy policy

Effective October 26, 2026

PianoNearby (pianonearby.com) is operated by Emergnt, LLC (“we”). This policy explains what we collect and why.

Browsing the site

The site is a set of static pages hosted on Cloudflare Pages. We don't use analytics, advertising trackers or our own cookies. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details to deliver and protect the site; see Cloudflare's privacy policy. Maps load tiles from OpenStreetMap's servers and map code from unpkg.com, so those services also receive your IP address when you view a map.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to Room With A Piano, your email address is sent to and stored by Kit (ConvertKit), our email provider, to send the newsletter; see Kit's privacy policy. You'll get a confirmation email first. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your address at any time.

Submissions and email

The submission form doesn't store anything on this site; it opens your own email app. When you email [email protected], we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it to reply and to check and update listings, and we keep it only as long as it's useful for that.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't take bookings or payments on this site.

Your choices

To ask about, correct or delete information we hold about you, email [email protected]. If we change this policy, we'll update the date above.
